Depending on what you need and how busy you are, there are certain conveniences that can make life much simpler.
For example: you need to get somewhere, such as the airport.
-you can drive, and leave your car in long term parking.
-or you can get picked up and dropped off by friends-actually the smartest choice would be to hire a ride.
Whether you opt for limo or taxi, paying for a ride can mean a dependable, safe, ride in a clean vehicle. No worries for you is a big plus.
Eating on the go:
Pros: Obviously if you are hungry, it is nice to have the opportunity to get something quick.
Cons:Some of the choices are pretty miserable.
Bad quickie food choices:
- Big bad burgers and fries are a caloric and fat nightmare. They will lead you to a heart attack and make you sleepy. Fries take some time digesting, hence the sleepiness.
- Plastic wrapped delight sandwich from the corner gas station: Can you say-Preservatives? These things need to keep until someone buys them. That is a bad sign. Additives add calories and chemicals that we don’t need, plus they don’t taste good at all.
- Muffins: A nice fruity muffin sounds like a good idea for your body. Unfortunately most breakfast muffins are full of sugar, butter, and white flour that will give you nothing but a crash with calories later.
- Kiddie lunch packs: those cute packaged cheese and crackers that kids love are not good for them. They are full of nasties such as preservatives and salt. The packaging could be dangerous as well because of the possible dangerous chemicals leaching.
- Energy bar and a smoothie: basically what you are most likely getting is a dressed up candy bar and a high calorie fruity shake. The fact that there is fruit and added nutrients is good but does not make either of these choices good enough.
Choose those conveniences that you won’t have to pay more for later. Pounds adding on from quick food choices will have to be dealt with later, and that is not convenient at all.
